TSM MONITORING GUIDELINES
Updated *SEPTEMBER 2011*
Win or Loss for Full Games and Totals are documented.
No First Half or Teasers, etc.
Selections must be submitted prior to game time, so be on time, no exceptions.
Your selections and the time received are posted in the computer. The TSM grading program compares that time with the scheduled game start time and voids the game if late.
Pacific Time 2:00 = Central Time 4:00 = Eastern Time 5:00
Games monitored are to be the same game selections released to your clients.
On game day all picks must be submitted prior to game
Do not submit late evening plays unless your clients get them.
Your selections can be e-mailed, faxed or called in.
E-mail address, fax and phone numbers will be provided when you become
a TSM Member Service.
The following applies only if you are calling in your selections
and is meant to help eliminate mistakes in hearing what you say.
State your team only, not both teams. Use the full name of the team
(San Diego Chargers, not just the Chargers).
Please do not repeat the selections on the recording.
When submitting more than one sport, please say "in NFL" then give your picks, and in NBA.... and in College..., give your picks. March Madness College Basketball is graded in a separate category, so please list your conference games last when submitting your college basketball.
Football is the only sport where selections can be submitted before game day. This is so you can take advantage of early odds. College and NFL football plays can be submitted beginning Monday morning of each week for the upcoming weekend. If you want your games graded by the odds at the time they are submitted be sure to include the line (odds) or total (Over or under) with each pick. The odds you use must be available at a minimum of three premium books at the time you submit it. Only the following books will be acceptable for odds reference. 5Dimes, BookMaker, Chris, The Greek, Hilton, BoDog, DSI, SBG and Legends. Several of these are free on Don Best. Once your picks are submitted using this system they can not be resubmitted. No odds change and no star rating change. It will be assumed your players got the game the same time it was submitted to TSM and that they put action on it.
Submit in schedule order and include the game date. If your team plays in several sports on that date
you can include the rotation number of the game for clarification.

TSM uses the Don Best web site www.donbest.com for Odds information
We will track the line on game day.

A PLAY IS A PLAY
Side picks and total (over/under) picks are added together for rank standing.

Each star (1) is 100 if won and minus 110 if lost.
The star range from is 1* to 10*
The star rating is the handicappers choice. For example some handicappers rate their selections 2*, 3*, 4* with the 5* graded as a top play. Your top play (if you have one) can be any star rating within the star range. TOP PLAYS: Top plays or best bets should be rare and special. There is a column for top plays on the reports.
